What Happens When an Oklahoman and a Uruguayan Talk About Sticky Faith?

Kara Powell

I know, it sounds like the first line of a joke, but it’s actually a true, exciting story that we wanted to share with all of you who have been impacted and encouraged by Sticky Faith, especially in the midst of this exciting spring matching campaign in which every dollar given to Sticky Faith is doubled.

Recently we received an e.mail from a youth pastor in Oklahoma who happened to be talking with a business leader from Uruguay.  This business leader shared about how concerned he was for the long-term faith of the young people in his country.  The Oklahoman youth pastor responded, “Well, we have something here in the U.S. called Sticky Faith.”  The Uruguayan responded, “I know a lot about Sticky Faith.  We’re following it in Uruguay.  Sticky Faith is exactly what I’m talking about.”

By becoming part of the Sticky Faith movement, you are helping spread the word about Sticky Faith in both the U.S. and around the world.  You’ve seen the E-Journal, blogs, videos and podcasts on stickyfaith.org. Perhaps you’ve witnessed firsthand how Sticky Faith is giving adults groundbreaking ideas for transforming kids and their relationship with Christ at a Sticky Faith presentation.  Maybe you’ve even used these ideas in your own ministry or around the dinner table with your family.

Between now and June 30th, a generous grandparent and committed Christian leader has volunteered to match every donation that comes in to support the work of FYI dollar for dollar.  That means your gift of $25 will double to $50 and have twice the impact on kids for the kingdom!   So please click here to see Sticky Faith spread in Oklahoma, Uruguay, and beyond!
