Making Changes Stick: New toolkit released today!
Insanity has been defined as doing the same thing over and over, yet expecting different results. 1 Sadly, this is what many of us do in our ministries. In order to develop Sticky Faith, the first step is to understand what needs to change. The second (and usually more difficult) step is to actually make these changes.
In order to help you, your team, and your church take steps toward to make changes stick, the Fuller Youth Institute, in partnership with Dr. Scott Cormode at Fuller Seminary, has created the “Making Changes Stick Toolkit”. This series of online, video-driven resources can be used on your own, or with your team. It addresses questions such as: How do you change the mental models people have of ministry? How quickly should you make changes? How do you help your Senior Pastor or other key leaders understand what needs to change?
The sessions are organized by eight core questions, and each one includes exercises and resources you can implement immediately. You can get started right away learning how to make changes stick in your ministry!
