Celebrate the Movement

Kara Powell

“It’s like Sticky Faith has become a movement.”

I smiled as soon as Jacob, a youth pastor I met while speaking in front of 500 leaders two weeks ago in Kansas City, uttered those words.  Jacob didn’t realize it, but our biggest Sticky Faith prayer isn’t about a popular website, or great book sales, or presentations at conferences (like the chance to share about Sticky Faith before 5000 leaders at a 30 minute general session talk tomorrow at the Orange Conference in Atlanta – we’d appreciate your prayers!).  Instead, our greatest prayer is that Sticky Faith would truly be a movement – a movement clearly orchestrated by the Lord that changes teenagers, families and churches.

For the next two months, our movement can gain even more momentum thanks to a matching grant that will double every gift.

Although it was largely the Lilly Endowment that helped launch the Sticky Faith research, now all of our Sticky Faith funding comes from leaders and parents like you.  Leaders and parents who believe that this generation has enormous potential to be changed by Christ to change the world around them.  Leaders and parents who know that because the problems faced by teenagers are great, the need for deep and practical resources is even greater.

Will you please support the Sticky Faith movement with a gift of $25 or $50? All gifts made by June 30th will be matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000, thus doubling FYI's work!

Just as the word “movement” reminds us, God is clearly on the move!
